Every effort has
been taken by Site Admin to present businesses and their products or services as best as possible to all site visitors. Site Admin cannot guarantee or recommend that any products or services available from members or affiliates products will
serve the needs of any consumer.
Site Admin’s responsibility is to provide people, running their very small business, with a unique Internet business platform for promoting their businesses and advertising their products and services.
Site Admin is not responsible for loss or corruption of data on any Very Small Business site, which may affect a business or advertising related to a businesses products or services.
It is the sole responsibility of site users to
maintain copies of all the business information and advertising used at the Very Small Business sites. Site Admin will make every attempt to preserve all user data and advertising, but in the event of loss, it is the site users
responsibility to replace any data or advertising, as requested by Site Admin.
All Members are guaranteed 360 days of subscription as one year for placement of business information and advertising. Five days are set aside for
maintenance and unexpected outages during a one year subscription. Subscriptions would be extended to 360 days, in the event any unexpected outages exceeding five days during a subscription period.
Members utilizing any additional site
advertising are guaranteed exposure during the specified time for running any advertising. In the event of any outages affecting a members advertising, the specified time will be extended equal to or exceeding any site outage time.
Site Admin reserves the right to change any Site Terms of Service at any time.
